metro station friendly staff
The hotel location proved convenient. I found two metro stations close by. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained!!!
The lounge decor seemed somewhat depressing.

friendly staff excellent spa pretty courtyard
the spa was excellent. the staff was friendly. they were cute. the hotel location is very good. it is easy walking distance to the opera. it's a short walk to montmartre. the bedroom had a good size. it overlooked the pretty courtyard.
the lighting was not good. all that white led light feels depressing.

the staff were lovely and always offered assistance.
The menu was not in the room and i had to wait for ages until reception found it. They also couldn't answer my questions about what the food came with!!! i ended up not ordering.
